Order before 5:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time) on a business day and it enters preparation the same day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum and no surcharge. We ship within the United States.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and transit takes 3 to 5 business days, so the total is 4 to 7 business days. The daily cut-off is 5:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time).
You have 30 days from delivery to register a return. Items come back unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
Exchanges are free. Swap for a different size or color within the same 30 days: we pay the return shipment and the replacement delivery, and the replacement is dispatched as soon as you register the exchange, so you do not wait for your return to reach us. If the size or color has sold out, we tell you and refund you instead.
On a change of mind return the return shipping is yours; if an item is faulty or not what you ordered, we pay it. Write to info@meaira.com with your order number and we confirm the return address.
We inspect returned items and issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the return.

Sizes are labelled the same way across the whole shop, so a size that worked in one Meaira piece is the same label in the next one.
